Damage & Returns

We are trying our best to wrap your goods well, however, damage in transit does happen occasionally.

If it happens to you, please read the instructions below:

 

1. Please report the damage with proof (photo) to us by email immediately:

    4zoombox@gmail.com             We will make the claim to NZ Post for you.

2. If required, you agree to drop the damage parcel at any nearest Post Shop with the claim     reference, either provided by us or NZ Post Claim Center.

3. Replacement will be sent on the next shipping day if we have stock available.

    Or discuss with us for refund, exchange of other goods.

    If  there is no replacement available and client wants to keep partial damaged goods 

    (like 1 piece of  furniture out of a whole set damaged) , only partial credit will be given. 


We appreciate your kindness of allowing us to send replacement with your next purchase order to save the freight cost

1. As long as goods can be returned to us at the original condition

    you can get refund or exchange for other goods.

    Freight charge if any will be at buyer's cost.

2. 14 days counted from the shipping day(or pick up day) to the day you making the claim.
